The concept INFLATION is an interactive onchain artwork by Harto about the erosion of purchasing power. Participants enter with a fictional currency, CASH (measured in EP), and experience an accelerated economic timeline: nominal balances and real purchasing power are shown separately as prices and the value of money change. The project uses economic choices as an artistic medium, not as a promise of financial return. How it works Participants acquire CASH during the entry phase and use it within the artwork to obtain or exchange asset positions. The economic clock advances through a century in an accelerated timeline. The interface contrasts nominal EP with inflation-adjusted purchasing power. FLOWER and STONE connect the work to Harto’s earlier La Floristería and Brutal Edge projects through separate legacy-entry rules. Original Dead Blooms form a limited artistic sacrifice path. EP is a fictional unit within the artwork; it is not redeemable for euros or other real-world currency.
